WELCOME TO OUR PRACTICE
Welcome back!
Hopefully, this message finds you and your family in good health and spirits.
We are happy to announce the re-opening our office for general optometric care.
Beginning Monday May 11th, we are returning to our regular schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (closed for lunch 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM), Fridays 8:00 AM to 2 PM. Closed Weekends and Holidays.
Our office remains committed to our patients, our staff and our community as we face Covid-19 virus together. We have gone to great lengths to keep our work place safe, clean and sanitized. There have been no known cases of the coronavirus within our office to date.
For routine eye exams we are working on a call list to schedule on first come first serve basis as appointments are available. Please call (916)725-2020 for appointments such as dispensing, repair or adjustments. No Walk-ins available at this time. If we are not in the office, please leave your name, number and a short message.
Due to latest California Covid-19 directive, we will make some precautionary changes in our eye care delivery.
Please DO NOT schedule an appointment if the past two weeks, you have:
Been in direct contact with a diagnosed Covid-19 patient
Experienced a persistent cough, fever or felt extremely fatigued
Traveled outside our local community (ie. Bay Area or SoCal)
We will be checking all patient's temperatures prior to admission to our office. If your temperature is high, we will reschedule your appointment. We are asking all patients to wear facial masks while in our office. Please bring your personal mask with you for your appointment.
With social distancing in mind, we will be scheduling patients to prevent any crowded conditions in our office. Please observe the following changes to our office procedures:
Eye care is for an individual patient. Only ONE essential companion (parent/guardian or care worker) will be allowed in the exam rooms with patient. Please leave other family members and friends at home.
Any patient at or near our office with no appointment, please call our office (916)725-2020 from our parking lot for further instructions.
We are all in this together. Let us stay strong and hope for a fast recovery. Let us try to live each day with more patience, gratitude and kindness. Each day is a gift that we must try to live as best we can. Best wishes for good health and a return to balance.
Dr. Hatashita and Staff.
Good news for all Veterans!
We are now accepting new VA Patients with Triwest insurance. Please contact our office for more Information.
